Animals in the Village!

Dear residents and visitors of the Kutuzovo Village!

Some days ago, in our village on Novaya Street girl was bitten by dog.

I strongly request to pay attention to maintenance of pets, dogs in particular, and not let them outside yards without muzzle and unattended! Dogs should be on lash.  

In respect of homeless dogs the joint decision should be taken. The proposals received:

1. 1. Post notes about finding owners for dogs.
2. 2. Send dogs to animal shelters.  

Please, don’t be indifferent to this problem.
